FAQ
What is your refund policy?
A refund will be made to any parent who withdraws a child prior start of the club. Withdrawal after the start of the club is not subject to a refund. Refunds will not be issued for classes missed by the child.
+When do I pay?
Payment is required at the time of registration. You can book and pay online! A split payment option is available at the checkout! Using this method, you can pay half now, and half on the first day of the club. If you cannot access online registration for any reason just call our friendly team on 01772 628844
+What is your class cancellation policy?
We will follow the inclement weather and school closure policy of the school in which we are hosted. We will attempt to schedule a make-up class whenever possible. If school cancel our programme for any reason outside of our control and we are unable to re-schedule we will be unable to refund.
