I like that it's making science fun and accessible. FAQ
Can I use CHILDCARE VOUCHERS or the TAX FREE CHILDCARE system?
Yes, we accept both! Please begin your booking online, and when you reach the checkout, email help@madsciencenw.com or call 01772 628844 to pay using vouchers.
+Can I book individual days?
Unfortunately not. We only take full week bookings to improve the quality of the camp and enjoyment of our campers!
+What is your staffing ratio?
All our camps have staffing ratios in line with Ofsted Voluntary Register regulations. Our camps are also Ofsted Registered, and comply with all of their requirements for safe, highly quality holiday camps.
+What training do your staff have?
All our staff are highly trained in all aspects of delivering Mad Science activities, especially Health & Safety, and Safeguarding. All of our staff hold an Enhanced DBS Check, and we also have a trained paediatric first-aider on site at all locations.
+What are the timings?
All our camps run from 8:30am to 5pm. Please note, the last collection is STRICTLY 5pm.
+What will they need to bring?
We ask that a single lunchbox, with sufficient lunch and snacks for the full day, and water bottle be packed per child, and 1 coat (if required). Please ensure to label each item. Avoid any unnecessary items. Please also apply sunscreen before arrival on sunny days.
